eBioscience corporation acquires NatuTec GmbH

Your browser does not support inline frames or is currently configured not to display inline frames. eBioscience Corporation, a producer of cell analysis reagents to biotechnology laboratories has announced the acquisition of Frankfurt-based NatuTec GmbH, a distributor of high-quality biological research reagents.

"For the past 10 years, NatuTec has served as a leading European distributor of eBioscience products," said Todd R. Nelson, CEO of eBioscience. "The NatuTec acquisition provides eBioscience with the ability to streamline the distribution of our products by increasing customer service, technical support and customer fulfillment within the region and it strengthens the eBioscience brand within Europe," Nelson continued.

"We believe the business combination, which creates a direct commercial channel between eBioscience and its customers, will be of significant benefit through an enhanced ability to deliver cutting edge products to them faster and more reliably," said Eva Brigitte Leon, Managing Director of NatuTec.
