Southern Scientific moves to Henfield6 February 2012 Southern Scientific, the medical imaging, health physics and instrumentation company, has moved its UK base from Sompting, near Worthing, where it has been based since 1997, to a new factory and office complex in Henfield, West Sussex, UK. The move follows the purchase of Southern Scientific in September 2011 by LabLogic Systems, the Sheffield-based LIMS, chromatography and nuclear medicine data systems specialist. Trevor Nicholls, Southern Scientific sales and marketing director, said: “We have purchased rather than leased the new facility and this is a clear indication of the level of commitment made by LabLogic to Southern Scientific.
